2022年一(yi)季(ji)度中國(guo)保險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)指數(shu)(shu)調查工作已于近(jin)期完成(cheng)。經統計,一(yi)季(ji)度保險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)指數(shu)(shu)為(wei)72.1,較(jiao)2021年四季(ji)度上升3.5,處(chu)于信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區間(jian)。其中,人身險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)指數(shu)(shu)為(wei)65.8,財產險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)指數(shu)(shu)為(wei)78.3。

一、各分項指標變動特點
構成指數(shu)的三(san)個(ge)一級指標(biao)和(he)六個(ge)二(er)級指標(biao)得分均較(jiao)2021年四(si)季度有(you)所上升。在一級指標(biao)中,行業(ye)環(huan)境(jing)信心上升4.2,由(you)70.4升至74.6;個(ge)人(ren)消費信心上升3.2,由(you)66.2升至69.4;宏(hong)觀環(huan)境(jing)信心上升2.0,由(you)67.9升至69.9。

六個二(er)級指(zhi)標中,宏觀環境信(xin)(xin)心(xin)、行業發展信(xin)(xin)心(xin)、行業政(zheng)策(ce)感(gan)知、行業服(fu)務(wu)滿(man)意(yi)度、消(xiao)費信(xin)(xin)任偏好和保險消(xiao)費意(yi)愿分別上(shang)升2.0、7.3、0.4、2.8、3.4和3.2。

從細分指標變化上(shang)看(kan),一季度保險消費者信心指數存在以下特點:
一(yi)是保險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)連續兩(liang)個季度(du)回升。從一(yi)級指(zhi)標變動(dong)看,行業環(huan)境(jing)信心(xin)(xin)和個人消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)信心(xin)(xin)連續兩(liang)個季度(du)上(shang)升,宏(hong)觀環(huan)境(jing)信心(xin)(xin)自2021年二季度(du)以來首(shou)度(du)企穩回升。分險(xian)種來看,財(cai)產(chan)險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)為78.3,較上(shang)季度(du)上(shang)升9.6;人身險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)為65.8,較上(shang)季度(du)下降2.6。人身險(xian)和財(cai)產(chan)險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)均處于(65,85]信心(xin)(xin)較強區間(jian)。
二是(shi)構成行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)環境信(xin)(xin)心(xin)的三個指標行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展(zhan)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)、行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)服務滿(man)意(yi)度(du)和(he)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)政策(ce)感(gan)(gan)(gan)知連續兩個季度(du)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展(zhan)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)幅較大(da),上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)7.3至(zhi)75.6,所屬(shu)指標行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)經營(ying)感(gan)(gan)(gan)知和(he)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)經營(ying)預期分別上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)5.6和(he)8.7。行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)服務滿(man)意(yi)度(du)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)2.8至(zhi)73.8,所屬(shu)指標誠信(xin)(xin)感(gan)(gan)(gan)知、能(neng)力感(gan)(gan)(gan)知和(he)友善感(gan)(gan)(gan)知分別上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)3.7、3.7和(he)1.1。行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)政策(ce)感(gan)(gan)(gan)知上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)0.4至(zhi)74.7,其(qi)中行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)社會(hui)形象感(gan)(gan)(gan)知上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)1.9,行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)政策(ce)落實(shi)感(gan)(gan)(gan)知下降0.8。
三(san)是構成(cheng)個人消費信(xin)(xin)心(xin)的兩個指(zhi)標(biao)消費信(xin)(xin)任偏好(hao)和(he)保(bao)險消費意(yi)愿(yuan)(yuan)均有所上(shang)升。消費信(xin)(xin)任偏好(hao)近(jin)三(san)個季度保(bao)持上(shang)升態勢,其中(zhong)個人信(xin)(xin)任傾向上(shang)升3.1至74.3,消費自信(xin)(xin)程(cheng)度上(shang)升3.6至75.4。保(bao)險消費意(yi)愿(yuan)(yuan)回升至(65,85]信(xin)(xin)心(xin)較(jiao)強區間,其中(zhong)續保(bao)意(yi)愿(yuan)(yuan)和(he)增保(bao)意(yi)愿(yuan)(yuan)分別上(shang)升7.9和(he)9.4,不退保(bao)意(yi)愿(yuan)(yuan)下降4.5。
四是(shi)構成宏(hong)觀環(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心的兩(liang)個指標經(jing)(jing)濟環(huan)(huan)境(jing)感知和經(jing)(jing)濟環(huan)(huan)境(jing)預(yu)期均企穩回升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),經(jing)(jing)濟環(huan)(huan)境(jing)感知上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)4.1至72.0,經(jing)(jing)濟環(huan)(huan)境(jing)預(yu)期上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)0.3至68.3。
二、分析與建議
一是行(xing)(xing)業(ye)環境信心(xin)(xin)連續(xu)兩個季度(du)上升,表明消(xiao)(xiao)費者對(dui)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)的預期逐步改善。從一級指(zhi)標看,行(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)信心(xin)(xin)、行(xing)(xing)業(ye)社會形象和行(xing)(xing)業(ye)服(fu)務滿意度(du)自2021年三(san)季度(du)以來持(chi)續(xu)回升;其中,行(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)信心(xin)(xin)升幅相對(dui)較大(da),表明消(xiao)(xiao)費者對(dui)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)穩健發展(zhan)(zhan)給予了(le)更積極的期望。建(jian)議行(xing)(xing)業(ye)主體積極響應消(xiao)(xiao)費者這一期望,堅(jian)持(chi)“以人民為中心(xin)(xin)”的發展(zhan)(zhan)理念(nian),為消(xiao)(xiao)費者提(ti)供高質量的風險保(bao)障服(fu)務,持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升消(xiao)(xiao)費者的獲得感。
二是個(ge)人消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)信心延續了(le)(le)上個(ge)季(ji)度(du)的(de)(de)回暖趨(qu)勢(shi),這為保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公司向(xiang)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)開展保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)營銷、豐富保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)售后體驗等(deng)提供(gong)了(le)(le)更(geng)好的(de)(de)氛圍(wei)。其中(zhong)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)信任(ren)偏好較(jiao)上季(ji)度(du)上升(sheng),表明(ming)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)對(dui)(dui)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)員的(de)(de)信任(ren)程度(du)提升(sheng)。建議行業(ye)(ye)主體大力培育(yu)高素(su)質的(de)(de)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)團隊,通過保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)科技賦(fu)能業(ye)(ye)務(wu)員,回饋消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)信任(ren)。保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)意愿回升(sheng)至(zhi)(65,85]信心較(jiao)強(qiang)區間(jian),其中(zhong)續保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)意愿和(he)(he)增(zeng)(zeng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)意愿相對(dui)(dui)升(sheng)幅較(jiao)大,表明(ming)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)持續享受保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)服務(wu)的(de)(de)意愿有所(suo)增(zeng)(zeng)強(qiang)。本次調查發現,對(dui)(dui)于(yu)未(wei)來6個(ge)月內打算(suan)(suan)增(zeng)(zeng)購(gou)人身(shen)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),最想增(zeng)(zeng)購(gou)的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong)位(wei)列(lie)前(qian)三(san)的(de)(de)分別是意外險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、健(jian)康(kang)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)壽險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);對(dui)(dui)于(yu)未(wei)來6個(ge)月內打算(suan)(suan)增(zeng)(zeng)購(gou)財產(chan)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),最想增(zeng)(zeng)購(gou)的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong)位(wei)列(lie)前(qian)三(san)的(de)(de)分別是家庭財產(chan)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、車險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)賬(zhang)戶安全險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。建議行業(ye)(ye)主體關(guan)注消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)需(xu)求(qiu)動向(xiang),不斷(duan)創新產(chan)品(pin)和(he)(he)服務(wu),更(geng)好地滿足消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)日益增(zeng)(zeng)長的(de)(de)健(jian)康(kang)、養老、財產(chan)安全等(deng)方面的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)障需(xu)求(qiu)。
三是宏觀環(huan)境信心企穩回升,表明消費(fei)者對我國經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)發展的(de)樂(le)觀程度(du)有所(suo)增(zeng)加(jia)。當前我國經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)總體(ti)平穩,雖(sui)然近期(qi)國內(nei)疫情多發,一些接觸性(xing)聚集性(xing)消費(fei)受到影響,但經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)發展的(de)韌性(xing)較強,長(chang)期(qi)向好的(de)基本面(mian)沒有改變。建議行(xing)業主體(ti)主動服務國家發展大局,自覺履行(xing)企業社(she)會責(ze)任,做好疫情防控和(he)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)社(she)會發展金融服務,積極探索針對消費(fei)領域提供保險(xian)服務。
四是分險種看,人(ren)身(shen)險消(xiao)費者信心(xin)指數較上(shang)季度有(you)所(suo)下降,財產險消(xiao)費者信心(xin)指數較上(shang)季度有(you)所(suo)上(shang)升。建議(yi)行業主體對此(ci)保(bao)持關注,并就(jiu)此(ci)現象可能對保(bao)險市場(chang)產生的(de)(de)影響研究適(shi)當(dang)的(de)(de)應對措(cuo)施。
總體來看(kan),今年一季度保(bao)險消(xiao)費者信(xin)心指數延續了2021年四季度的上升勢頭,處于信(xin)心較強區間。建議(yi)行業主體繼續關注信(xin)心指數的變(bian)化情(qing)況,保(bao)持(chi)戰略定力,堅定不移(yi)地回(hui)歸保(bao)障本源,提升服務實體經濟(ji)質(zhi)效(xiao),利用(yong)數字化轉型趨(qu)勢提升發展水平和服務質(zhi)量。

中國保(bao)(bao)險(xian)消費(fei)(fei)者信心指數調(diao)查范圍(wei)覆蓋了東北、華北、華東、華南(nan)、華中、西(xi)北、西(xi)南(nan)七(qi)個區(qu)域的(de)18個省(自(zi)治區(qu)、直轄市(shi)),這(zhe)18個省(自(zi)治區(qu)、直轄市(shi))的(de)原保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收(shou)入(ru)總和占全國原保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收(shou)入(ru)比例達90%以(yi)上(shang)。
本次調查(cha)(cha)(cha)采用(yong)二重(zhong)分層(ceng)抽樣(yang)、與保(bao)(bao)費規模大(da)小成比(bi)例抽樣(yang)(PPS)和隨機(ji)電話抽樣(yang)相結合的(de)調查(cha)(cha)(cha)方法,納入指數計(ji)算的(de)有效樣(yang)本共1071個,其中人身險531個,財產險540個。調查(cha)(cha)(cha)工作(zuo)依靠大(da)數據技術(shu)形(xing)成抽樣(yang)框,主要利用(yong)人工智能(neng)外呼手(shou)(shou)段(duan)進行無人工干預線上調查(cha)(cha)(cha)。在消(xiao)費者(zhe)接聽(ting)外呼電話并確認愿意參與調查(cha)(cha)(cha)后(hou),系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動發(fa)送(song)問卷短信鏈接至(zhi)保(bao)(bao)險消(xiao)費者(zhe)手(shou)(shou)機(ji),既(ji)保(bao)(bao)護消(xiao)費者(zhe)隱私權,又實現直接觸達(da)消(xiao)費者(zhe)。
中國保(bao)(bao)(bao)險消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)指數(shu)(shu)的取(qu)(qu)值范圍為(wei)(wei)[0,100],50為(wei)(wei)中性(xing)值。指數(shu)(shu)大(da)于(yu)50時,表(biao)示保(bao)(bao)(bao)險消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者持(chi)樂(le)觀(guan)、積極看法的占(zhan)比(bi)大(da)于(yu)持(chi)悲(bei)觀(guan)、消(xiao)(xiao)極看法的占(zhan)比(bi),保(bao)(bao)(bao)險消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)指數(shu)(shu)偏向(xiang)樂(le)觀(guan)。指數(shu)(shu)值越(yue)高,表(biao)示保(bao)(bao)(bao)險消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)越(yue)強。具體取(qu)(qu)值區間的內涵:(85,100]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)很強,(65,85]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)較(jiao)強,(50,65]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)平穩,(35,50]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)較(jiao)弱,(15,35]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)不足,[0,15]為(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)匱乏(fa)。
