    2023年(nian)三(san)季(ji)度中(zhong)國保險(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)心(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)為66.9,環比下降(jiang)0.8,同(tong)比上升3.6,處(chu)于(65,85]信(xin)心(xin)較強區間(jian)。今(jin)年(nian)前(qian)三(san)季(ji)度,中(zhong)國保險(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)心(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)始終處(chu)于信(xin)心(xin)較強區間(jian),高于2021年(nian)和2022年(nian)同(tong)期水平(ping),保險(xian)消(xiao)費者(zhe)信(xin)心(xin)延續恢復態(tai)勢(shi),保險(xian)消(xiao)費基礎持續鞏固。

    分險(xian)種看(kan),三(san)季度人(ren)身險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數和財產險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數分別為67.1和66.6,均處(chu)于信心(xin)(xin)較強(qiang)區(qu)間,均呈現環比回落、同比上升的(de)變動趨勢。

    人(ren)身險(xian)方(fang)面(mian),三(san)季度(du)消(xiao)費(fei)者信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)(shu)為67.1,環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下降1.1,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上升4.0,處(chu)(chu)于信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區(qu)間(jian),細分指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)呈(cheng)現(xian)以下變動趨勢:一(yi)是(shi)構(gou)成指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)(shu)的(de)三(san)個一(yi)級指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)均有所(suo)下降,行(xing)(xing)業環(huan)境信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)和(he)個人(ren)消(xiao)費(fei)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)處(chu)(chu)于信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區(qu)間(jian),宏觀(guan)環(huan)境信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)處(chu)(chu)于信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)平穩區(qu)間(jian)。三(san)個一(yi)級指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)均高于2022年同(tong)期水平,行(xing)(xing)業環(huan)境信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)和(he)個人(ren)消(xiao)費(fei)信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)高于2021年同(tong)期水平。二(er)是(shi)構(gou)成指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)(shu)的(de)六(liu)個二(er)級指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)中,保險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)意愿(yuan)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上升,其(qi)余五個二(er)級指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)有所(suo)下降。行(xing)(xing)業發展信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)、行(xing)(xing)業政策感(gan)知、行(xing)(xing)業服務(wu)滿意度(du)、消(xiao)費(fei)信(xin)(xin)任偏好均處(chu)(chu)于信(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區(qu)間(jian)。

 

    三(san)季度(du)人身(shen)險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數雖環(huan)(huan)比下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang),但(dan)仍高于(yu)既往兩年的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)期水平。消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)任偏好(hao)、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務滿意(yi)(yi)度(du)、保險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)意(yi)(yi)愿、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)等四(si)個二級指(zhi)標均高于(yu)2021年和2022年同(tong)期水平。保險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)意(yi)(yi)愿環(huan)(huan)比上升0.7至64.4,接近信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang)區(qu)間,呈現企穩回升態勢。雖然(ran)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務滿意(yi)(yi)度(du)和行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策感知環(huan)(huan)比有(you)所(suo)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang),但(dan)已連續(xu)(xu)四(si)個季度(du)處于(yu)信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang)區(qu)間;宏觀環(huan)(huan)境信(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)和行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策感知的(de)(de)(de)降(jiang)(jiang)幅收窄(zhai),已現企穩態勢。這表明消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者的(de)(de)(de)保險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)意(yi)(yi)愿有(you)所(suo)恢(hui)復,對行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策感知和行(xing)業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務滿意(yi)(yi)度(du)持續(xu)(xu)樂觀。

 

    三季度調查顯示(shi),65.2%的(de)(de)(de)受訪人身險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)愿(yuan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)在未來6個月增購(gou)保(bao)險(xian)(xian),環比上(shang)升6.1個百(bai)分(fen)點。其中(zhong)有61.3%的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)愿(yuan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)增購(gou)健康(kang)險(xian)(xian)(環比下降2.4個百(bai)分(fen)點),54.9%的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)愿(yuan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)增購(gou)意(yi)(yi)(yi)外險(xian)(xian)(環比下降5.0個百(bai)分(fen)點),39.9%的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)愿(yuan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)增購(gou)壽險(xian)(xian)(環比上(shang)升0.7個百(bai)分(fen)點)。當前(qian)人身險(xian)(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)信心延(yan)續恢復態勢(shi),愿(yuan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)增購(gou)壽險(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)占比已連續五個季度上(shang)升,為(wei)行(xing)(xing)業深化轉型(xing)(xing)發(fa)(fa)展營造了(le)積(ji)極的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)氛圍。近期監(jian)管(guan)部門發(fa)(fa)布了(le)《保(bao)險(xian)(xian)銷售行(xing)(xing)為(wei)管(guan)理辦法》,更有利于促進行(xing)(xing)業有序運行(xing)(xing)和(he)健康(kang)發(fa)(fa)展,建議行(xing)(xing)業市場主體(ti)抓住(zhu)行(xing)(xing)業轉型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)有利時機,進一步規范保(bao)險(xian)(xian)銷售,打造高素質銷售隊伍,提(ti)供滿(man)足消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)健康(kang)、意(yi)(yi)(yi)外、養老(lao)和(he)財富傳(chuan)承需求的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)產(chan)品和(he)服務,推進行(xing)(xing)業高質量發(fa)(fa)展。

 

    財(cai)產險方面,三(san)(san)(san)季度財(cai)產險消費(fei)者信(xin)心(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數(shu)為66.6,環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)比(bi)下降(jiang)(jiang)0.7,同(tong)比(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)3.1,處于信(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)區(qu)(qu)間,細分(fen)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)呈現以下變(bian)動趨勢:一(yi)是構成(cheng)指(zhi)數(shu)的三(san)(san)(san)個(ge)一(yi)級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)呈現兩降(jiang)(jiang)一(yi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態勢。宏(hong)觀(guan)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)和個(ge)人(ren)消費(fei)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)有(you)(you)所(suo)下降(jiang)(jiang),行(xing)業(ye)(ye)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)有(you)(you)所(suo)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),行(xing)業(ye)(ye)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)與(yu)個(ge)人(ren)消費(fei)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)處于信(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)區(qu)(qu)間,宏(hong)觀(guan)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)處于信(xin)心(xin)(xin)平(ping)穩(wen)區(qu)(qu)間。三(san)(san)(san)個(ge)一(yi)級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)均高(gao)于2022年同(tong)期水平(ping)。二是構成(cheng)指(zhi)數(shu)的六個(ge)二級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)比(bi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)各半。行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發展信(xin)心(xin)(xin)、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策(ce)感(gan)(gan)知、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)服務滿(man)意(yi)度三(san)(san)(san)個(ge)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)比(bi)有(you)(you)所(suo)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),其中(zhong)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策(ce)感(gan)(gan)知升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)幅最大(da)(1.3)。宏(hong)觀(guan)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)、消費(fei)信(xin)任(ren)偏(pian)好、保(bao)險消費(fei)意(yi)愿三(san)(san)(san)個(ge)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)比(bi)下降(jiang)(jiang)。行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發展信(xin)心(xin)(xin)、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)政策(ce)感(gan)(gan)知、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)服務滿(man)意(yi)度、消費(fei)信(xin)任(ren)偏(pian)好四(si)個(ge)二級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)處于信(xin)心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)區(qu)(qu)間。六個(ge)二級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)均高(gao)于2022年同(tong)期水平(ping)。

 

    三季(ji)度財(cai)產(chan)險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)指(zhi)數雖環(huan)比下降(jiang),但仍(reng)高于(yu)2022年(nian)的(de)同期水平,且與(yu)2021年(nian)同期水平(66.7)接近(jin)。行(xing)業發展(zhan)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)、行(xing)業政策感(gan)知(zhi)和(he)(he)行(xing)業服(fu)務滿意(yi)度環(huan)比企(qi)穩回升,連(lian)續(xu)四個季(ji)度處于(yu)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強區間,均高于(yu)2021年(nian)和(he)(he)2022年(nian)同期水平。宏觀環(huan)境信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)和(he)(he)消(xiao)費(fei)信(xin)任偏(pian)好降(jiang)幅(fu)有所收窄,延(yan)續(xu)了恢復勢(shi)頭。上述指(zhi)標變化態勢(shi)表明消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)對財(cai)產(chan)險(xian)行(xing)業的(de)信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)持續(xu)恢復,保險(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)意(yi)愿仍(reng)有待提升,信(xin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)恢復的(de)基礎還需要(yao)進一步鞏固。

 

    三季(ji)度調查顯(xian)示,72.0%的(de)受訪財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)產險(xian)(xian)(xian)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)未來(lai)6個(ge)月愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購保(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian),環比(bi)下降(jiang)5.8個(ge)百(bai)分點。其中有59.4%的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購車險(xian)(xian)(xian)(環比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)1.1個(ge)百(bai)分點),39.3%的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購賬戶安全險(xian)(xian)(xian)(環比(bi)下降(jiang)2.6個(ge)百(bai)分點),38.6%的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購家財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(環比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)9.6個(ge)百(bai)分點)。其中愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購家財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)險(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)占(zhan)比(bi)達到2022年(nian)三季(ji)度以來(lai)最(zui)高值(zhi)。今年(nian)1-8月汽車市(shi)場逐步回(hui)暖,新車銷(xiao)量同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),同時愿意增(zeng)(zeng)購車險(xian)(xian)(xian)和家財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)險(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)占(zhan)比(bi)環比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)。這些積極因素有助于(yu)財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)產險(xian)(xian)(xian)市(shi)場加(jia)快(kuai)恢復向好(hao)。建議行業主(zhu)(zhu)體聚(ju)焦(jiao)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)各(ge)類財(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)產的(de)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)保(bao)障(zhang)需求,積極拓展(zhan)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)保(bao)障(zhang)領(ling)域,主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)融(rong)入社(she)會風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管理,落實風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)減量要(yao)求,多元化保(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)產品供(gong)給,在(zai)服務(wu)經濟社(she)會大(da)局中,實現自身高質量發展(zhan)。
