    人身險方面,一季度(du)消(xiao)費者信心(xin)指(zhi)數為70.5,環比(bi)上升4.7,同比(bi)上升1.9,處于信心(xin)較強區間,達到自(zi)2020年二季度(du)以來(lai)的最高值,細分指(zhi)標呈現以下變動趨勢(shi):

 

    從環(huan)比看,構成(cheng)指(zhi)數(shu)的三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)一級指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)均有所上升,其中(zhong)宏觀(guan)環(huan)境信心(xin)(xin)上升最多(duo)。三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)一級指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)均處于信心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區間(jian)(jian)。構成(cheng)指(zhi)數(shu)的六個(ge)(ge)二級指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)環(huan)比均有所上升,其中(zhong)行業服務滿意(yi)度上升最多(duo)。六個(ge)(ge)二級指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)均處于信心(xin)(xin)較(jiao)強(qiang)區間(jian)(jian)。

    從消費(fei)者未來增(zeng)購(gou)保險(xian)(xian)的意(yi)(yi)愿看(kan),一(yi)季(ji)度73.6%的受訪人身(shen)險(xian)(xian)消費(fei)者愿意(yi)(yi)在未來6個(ge)月增(zeng)購(gou)保險(xian)(xian),環(huan)(huan)比上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)9.4個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。其中有48.3%、47.1%、43.7%、34.5%的消費(fei)者分(fen)(fen)別愿意(yi)(yi)增(zeng)購(gou)意(yi)(yi)外(wai)險(xian)(xian)、健康險(xian)(xian)、年(nian)金險(xian)(xian)、壽險(xian)(xian),環(huan)(huan)比分(fen)(fen)別下降5.7、下降9.2、上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)16.4、上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)1.1個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。消費(fei)者增(zeng)購(gou)年(nian)金險(xian)(xian)和壽險(xian)(xian)的意(yi)(yi)愿較上(shang)(shang)一(yi)季(ji)度有所增(zeng)強。

    中國保(bao)險消(xiao)費者(zhe)信心指數調查(cha)范圍覆(fu)蓋了(le)東北、華北、華東、華南(nan)、華中、西(xi)北、西(xi)南(nan)七個區域的(de)18個省(sheng)(sheng)(自治區、直轄(xia)市),這18個省(sheng)(sheng)(自治區、直轄(xia)市)的(de)原保(bao)費收(shou)入總(zong)和占(zhan)全國原保(bao)費收(shou)入比例達90%以上(shang)。

 

    本(ben)次調(diao)查(cha)采用(yong)二重分層抽樣(yang)、與保(bao)費規模大小成(cheng)比例抽樣(yang)(PPS)和隨(sui)機(ji)電話(hua)(hua)抽樣(yang)相結合(he)的調(diao)查(cha)方法,納入指數計算的有效樣(yang)本(ben)共1071個,其(qi)中人(ren)身險(xian)531個,財產(chan)險(xian)540個。調(diao)查(cha)工作依靠(kao)大數據技術形成(cheng)抽樣(yang)框(kuang),主要利用(yong)人(ren)工智能(neng)外呼手(shou)段進行無人(ren)工干(gan)預線上(shang)調(diao)查(cha)。在消費者接聽外呼電話(hua)(hua)并確認(ren)愿意(yi)參與調(diao)查(cha)后,系(xi)統自動發(fa)送問卷短信鏈接至保(bao)險(xian)消費者手(shou)機(ji),既保(bao)護消費者隱私權,又(you)實現直接觸達(da)消費者。

 

    中國保(bao)險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)指數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)取值(zhi)范圍為(wei)[0,100],50為(wei)中性值(zhi)。指數(shu)(shu)大(da)于(yu)50時,表(biao)示(shi)保(bao)險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)持(chi)樂觀、積(ji)極看(kan)法的(de)(de)占(zhan)比大(da)于(yu)持(chi)悲觀、消(xiao)(xiao)極看(kan)法的(de)(de)占(zhan)比,保(bao)險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)指數(shu)(shu)偏(pian)向(xiang)樂觀。指數(shu)(shu)值(zhi)越(yue)高,表(biao)示(shi)保(bao)險(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)越(yue)強(qiang)(qiang)。具體取值(zhi)區間的(de)(de)內(nei)涵:(85,100]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)很強(qiang)(qiang),(65,85]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)較強(qiang)(qiang),(50,65]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)平穩,(35,50]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)較弱,(15,35]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)不足,[0,15]為(wei)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)心(xin)匱乏。
