本課(ke)題通過(guo)國(guo)際(ji)比較(jiao),借鑒國(guo)外(wai)成功案(an)例,在總(zong)結我(wo)國(guo)保險(xian)(xian)保障(zhang)基(ji)金的(de)風險(xian)(xian)處置(zhi)經驗的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),對(dui)保險(xian)(xian)公司市場退出機(ji)制的(de)法律框架(jia)以及國(guo)內外(wai)保險(xian)(xian)保障(zhang)基(ji)金參與風險(xian)(xian)處置(zhi)的(de)基(ji)本法律制度、運行(xing)機(ji)制進(jin)行(xing)了重新審視與再思考,對(dui)保險(xian)(xian)保障(zhang)基(ji)金救濟的(de)具(ju)體程序、標(biao)準及管(guan)理運行(xing)機(ji)制的(de)完善(shan)提出政策建議。
